Truffle Mushroom Fettuccine with Parmesan Sauce

Fettuccine pasta with truffle mushroom sauce from Rogue Fine Foods

🧄 Ingredients:

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup mixed mushrooms (optional, fresh or sautéed)

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil or butter over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the shallot and garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add mushrooms (if using) and cook until softened.
