Cabernet Marinade — 8.5 fl oz (250 mL)

Our Cabernet  Balsamic Marinade is deep, savory, and made for easy flavor. Built on dark balsamic and Cabernet Sauvignon wine, it’s layered with garlic, onion, rosemary, black pepper, and a bright touch of lemon. It clings nicely to food (thanks to a touch of arrowroot), making it perfect for grilling, roasting, or weeknight sheet-pan meals.

Best ways to use it

  • Steak / tri-tip / beef kabobs: marinate, then grill or broil

Ingredients

Dark balsamic vinegar, Cabernet Sauvignon wine, red wine vinegar, minced onion, minced garlic, rosemary, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, arrowroot starch.

Serving Suggestion: Marinate 30 minutes to overnight, then cook as usual—save a little to drizzle on after (only if it hasn’t touched raw meat)
