Built on dark balsamic and Cabernet Sauvignon wine, it’s layered with garlic, onion, rosemary, black pepper, and a bright touch of lemon. It clings nicely to food (thanks to a touch of arrowroot), making it perfect for grilling, roasting, or weeknight sheet-pan meals.

Ingredients
Dark balsamic vinegar, Cabernet Sauvignon wine, red wine vinegar, minced onion, minced garlic, rosemary, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, arrowroot starch.
Serving Suggestion: Marinate 30 minutes to overnight, then cook as usual—save a little to drizzle on after (only if it hasn’t touched raw meat)
